The Factory is back, and bigger than ever. Launched in 2022, The Factory is a bold, creative initiative designed to open doors for state-educated talent.

Students can step into The Factory without a LinkedIn headshot, mock interview experience, a polished CV, career insights, or influential connections—and walk out with all of it, completely free. They’ll also get to hear from inspiring panels and showstopping speakers. Students can apply here.
